Great game, ridiculous difficulty
I like the idea. And I love the upgrades. But why the hell is this game so unforgiving when it comes to Game overs? I want to play the later levels, why must it be so difficult? Please adjust.

Incredibly boring
Honestly, I got hellishly bored after about 4 minutes.
Pretty cool
Cool game. The only annoying thing was the open/close animation with those faces. Lagged like hell.
Keep it up :)
Needs some improvements.
Well, it's an okay-ish game, I guess. The learning curve is linear and balanced, although I did feel the lack of proper upgrades. The level and mission-variety isn't state-of-the-art but it's acceptable for a flashgame. The plot is quite exciting and even artistic, this improves the overall rating.
After playing for around fifteen minutes I got a little bored. This is probably due to the repetitive background music. I would suggest you to change the music depending on the game-progress. So, again, the pro's and con's:
Pro:
- Exciting plot
- Sophisticated character-design
- Easy-to-understand controls
- Intuitive gameplay
- well-balanced learning curve
Con:
- Music gets repetitive
- Not enough upgrades
I cannot give you 5 for this version does not represent the games full potential. I hope you will implement my suggestions into the sequel.
Waste of potential
I like defense games. I like them a lot. One of the most important factors in game development generally is: balance.
Many complained that it's sufficient to use the most basic and cheap tower. Balance the towers out, make the other ones useful. Maybe even unique. You have to make the player being forced to use all of the towers. Maybe the one pierces armor while others don't? Maybe one is able to poison the enemy just like the trap? Another tower could focus on air - units, if implemented. Use spread damage and a proper projectile/explosion animation. Make the ground units more useful. I didn't use them once. What's especially important is that the player notices the changes when he upgrades a tower. I love defense games simply because you can develop your weapons and make them cooler and stronger. Change the color with every step of upgrade. Change the general design of the turret. I didn't upgrade throughout the whole game because it's far cheaper to just buy another tower of the same type - change this. Make upgrades more powerful, alter the projectiles a bit, make the tower look mightier with every upgrade.
Don't make the enemy charge right at your spaceship. Some of them should move on another path. And don't make them get so close to the turret. At least not every unit. Looks bad. Add pause.
Sorry that I'm criticizing so much. The game's really big and you apparently put a lot of effort in it, but isn't it a shame that most features remain untouched. Your wasting much potential. Try to change the balance, add better upgrades, make troops usefuller and work on the graphics and it will be a hit.
Thank you, I don't mind that your criticizing at all. I enjoy it because it's reviews like this that really help me. You tell me the points you don't like and how to fix it, so I thank you. It's just reviews like "sucks" that I don't like where they don't tell me why.
Thanks!!
Neat little game
I liked the idea. The game itself made heavy use of flash 8 shaders/filters and lookd nice, although it gets quite repetitive. I'd suggest you to implement permanent upgrades and Highscores.

Cool thing with a big 'BUT' (pun!!!111)
I agree, it's a cool game, but one thing makes it less perfect: NO UPGRADES!!!!
Wah? The enemy improves the armor and weaponry and I'm still fighting with my basic sword? Thats not fair. Add 20 + Upgrades like weapons or armor and you can go straightly to the best score submissions.
Could you pleaaaase do it? :( I gave up after lvl 3 because it's too repetitional.
'Achilles reloaded' or something. This change isn't really that big and hard to program. ._.
Why does everyone want every game to be an rpg? If I put upgrades in, the game becomes all about what upgrades you buy and not about your skill playing the game. This is an action game.
The enemies armour and weapons do not get better, they just get more skillful
Sorry, try again.
Sorry, but this game sucked for many reasons:
I wander around somewhere and don't really know what to do. A mouse has to get to the family? Awkay. The first thing I noticed was the badly drawn scenery. But that's okay, if the overall concept works. But it doesn't. The engine sucks. Try to move properly, you'll get stuck and have to jump around. Try walking on the clouds, it's kinda impossible. I jump around and then some screen with strange symbols appears. Okay. Does this mean I've won? Where's the score? Whatever. The menu appears and the sound loops again, without stopping the previous. Gets quite cacophonic after a while. The world doesn't seem to be big, either. I managed to 'win' 3 times. The roof, under water and on the roof, again.
So, please:
Overhaul the whole engine. Make the music stop when the game is finished. Write better instructions. Create a plot. You could at least make the mouse collect stars. Make the game bigger. Enemies? Traps? Other music? Just a few suggestions.

I know that you've worked some tome on this thing, but it just isn't in any way enough to be on NG.
oh....thats was a bug...now I'm fixing it...so no one seen the ending yet??......
Fucking hilarious!
Whooow! I have NEVER played such a fast paced flash game bevor. It conveys the speed of the motion perfectly, although it is just a small game with nearly no graphics. Did you watch Matrix 2? The scene on the highway? Then you should get the idea. One thing to complain: It's a little bit too hard. I don't wanna die so fast >_<
You could easily expand this thing to a real masterpiece. The 'engine' itself is just brilliant.
5/5 + addin to favs + 10/10
And Iiiii - will alwas love noooodleeees :D
